We accept returns only in case of damaged or defective products.

  • Proof of damage (images/videos) must be submitted via email.

2. Refund Process:

  • Once we verify the damage, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items purchased during promotional sales.

4. Return Shipping:
Customers may need to return the product to our warehouse. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer unless the error is on our part.
